We at New Traditions Art Panels take great pride in offering high-end art panels at affordable prices. We offer a wide range of linens and will work with artists on any custom panel needs. We use BEVA 371 as an adhesive, which is highly recommended by many museum conservators. BEVA 371 is used by conservators for the repair and remounting of paintings originally done on linen. While this adhesive is more expensive, it is perfect for preprimed linens. BEVA 371 is used on all our panels, and is solvent- or heat-reversible. Reactivation begins at about 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Care must be taken to avoid loosening the linen. It is advised not to leave panels in car windows or trunks for extended periods of time. In addition to Gatorfoam panels we offer 4mm Dibond panels. The Dibond material is not subject to decay, and is the preferred backing material of conservators.

| We are now offering linens mounted on 1/8" and 1/4" Baltic Birch. The back of the Birch panels are sealed with Polyurethane. This seals the wood from moisture and minimizes warping. This also adds protection and quality for the archival concerns of your artwork. |
